RIAA Certified Platinum Producer Gregory Doby Jr. professionally known as "GiNx-Gbanga", is owner of Regime Publishing, music producer for Gbanga Beats & Unidec Management House. Doby is one of the founding partners/owners for establishing Regime Records in 1997 and has produced and marketed thousands of records throughout his career, writing and composing songs for independent and major record companies such as Universal Music Group, G-Unit/ Interscope Records, Sony, Warner-Timberlane, Kedar Entertainment, and iMG Recordings. He has also produced songs with known artists as Eric Benet, DMC (of RunDMC), Coo-Coo Cal, Avant, Kevin Cossom, Mariah Carey, Garbage, Bizzy Bone (of Bone Thugs & Harmony) and Lloyd Banks.

G!Nx is Most known for producing the song "Karma" which is the third single from Lloyd Banks's debut album, The Hunger for More sampling "Inseparable" by Natalie Cole. It features Avant on the music video and radio version, while singer Kevin Cossom provides vocals on the album version of the song. Karma was released in October 2004. It debuted at #71 and peaked at #17 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.
