Sam Wright known as Pretty Boy Hef was discovered by Regime's Platinum Producer G!Nx (Greg Doby: Producer for DMC, Bizzy Bone, Lloyd Banks, & Mariah Carey) at the age of 16 years old. As a hip-hop/pop artist from Madison, WI. Pretty Boy Hefner always expected that it would take more than just talent to reach success in music industry. With an eager ambition to excel,  The relationship proved to be very effective in catapulting his career. Since the connection Hef was able to win the National Boys & Girls Clubs of America Digital Arts Festival in the Digital Music category for his song “OTOTW” (On Top Of the World) in 2014.  he has released his deb album "Nobody Else", performed multiple shows, and he released his first single "Holdin Me Down"  which rapidly soared to top #19 on the DRT National Digital Airplay Top 50 R&B/Hip-Hop Chart in 2014.
